With more than 25 years of experience as a marketing executive, I've been fortunate to cultivate a deep passion for guiding individuals and teams in achieving their personal and professional career aspirations. Serving as a trusted advisor, my journey led me to establish Castle I Group - a service dedicated to offering clients a secure and collaborative environment for navigating self-development, managing career transitions, addressing ageism bias, and ultimately unlocking their untapped potential.
Castle I Group Origin
Growing up in Boston, my go-to spot in the city has always been Castle Island in South Boston. During my childhood, my family and I spent countless summers strolling around Fort Independence, soaking up the sun, and indulging in delicious Sully’s hot dogs. The experience became a cherished tradition, creating enduring family bonds and forming precious memories. These moments, shared with my two sons who relished the time as much as I did, inspired the name Castle I Group.
